We are the largest benefits consulting firm in India providing comprehensive benefit solutions to employers. Our consulting advice spans the entire spectrum of benefits consulting ranging from compliance support, design, governance, cost & risk management and optimisation of benefit spend besides M&A due diligence and harmonisation support. India Support Centre (ISC)
India Support Centre is one of those business units in Asia that was set up in 2009 and provides actuarial valuation and technical support to the Towers Watson consulting practice. We provide accounting and funding valuation services for retirement benefits and related services like liability calculations/projections, accounting disclosures etc. The process is highly robust with the use of latest technology (like SharePoint) and methodical training approach. The team also works on other projects like managing data collation for benefit surveys and non valuation special projects. The support rendered is currently estimated to be around 80% of the Indian valuations which is roughly 2500+ plans. The centre has also started working with other geographies within Towers Watson

Rewards, Talent and Communication:
We combine skills in change management, organisational effectiveness and communication to help ensure that clients' pay and other reward programs drive employees' engagement and overall performance.
Data, Surveys and Technology:
We design and administer surveys to improve employee engagement, shape a high-performance culture and maximise the return on talent investments. Specialities include global database surveys, organisational surveys, HR service delivery and HR technology. Our Mergers and Acquisitions specialists are available to support all of these functional areas.
Research & Analytical Services (RAS)
Research & Analytical Services (RAS) develops research on Towers Watson's core business areas as well as provides information and research support to the various practices of Towers Watson. Key topics in our research include pensions and employee behavior global aging, health, annuities and retirement income, pension risk, employee attitudes and total reward, off-shoring/outsourcing, executive reward, foundations/charities and mergers and acquisitions. Being the first RAS office to be set up in 2004 in Gugaon, RAS India talent pool includes 27 individuals with advanced or specialist degrees in Economics, Finance and accounting.
